The Association is organized and operated under Colorado Law. Federal, State and Local law are the absolute highest authority in any legal matters. But for nearly all Association matters, the Seven Springs governing documents are the proper authority for policies, regulations and rules of operation.

Governing Documents

There subject of the governing documents is complicated. There are several Seven Springs specific documents and several State and Federal laws that govern the activities and operations of the Association. Collectively they are referred to as the "governing documents".

Board of Directors

There are six volunteer homeowners who make up the Board of Directors. The Board is elected by the homeowners to represent them and execute the business and decisions for the association. Next to the governing documents the board is the highest authority for making decisions, setting policy and procedures.
