- Payments are due (should be received) on the First of the month.
- Late fees and referrals to Collection Agencies are applied in accordance with the Collection Policy which is part of the Association

- Some mortgage handlers such as "Mortgage Loan Company" have arrangements with borrowers
to collect Association dues and then forward it to the Association. If you have such an arrangement with your mortgage company please follow the procedures you have set up with them.
Budget
The Seven Springs Fiscal year is
