Owners Association MeetingsThere are two types of HOA meetings. Monthly Board of Directors meetings and an annual Owners meeting.
The HOA Board of Directors meets monthly. Meetings are typically at 7:00pm on the 3rd Monday of each month and are held in the clubhouse. Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings. Notices are usually posted on this web site and on the bulletin board by the mail boxes for changes and cancellations.
An annual owners meeting is held in October in the clubhouse. Among other important business, at least two new board members are elected each year. Each owner is mailed a notice which includes a proxy assignment form. It is very important that homeowners attend the meeting or vote by proxy.
